I agree that after the animal is adopted if for any reason the new owners can not keep the animal I will take the animal back until another home is found. I also understand if all goes well and I wish to adopt my foster will have first priority to do so. 47. As a foster and or fosters for Animal Friends Furever you will be solely responsible for the conduct of your foster animal and or animals and for any damage to persons and or property witch the animal may cause while he and or she is in your care. Foster and or fosters shall indemnify and save harmless Animal Friends Furever from any claim or lawsuit arising from or out of the actions of the aforesaid animal and or animals Foster and or fosters or third party with respect to or on account of said animal.
